Visa Applications (Meeting, Seminar, Conference)
· Passport, at least valid for six months after the intended date of departure, at least two blank pages available
· 1 biometric photos with white background, 6 months old at most (40 mm x 55 mm)
· Visa Application Form with signature (available at Downloadable Forms)
· Flight ticket reservation.
· Hotel reservation.
· Criminal record certificate is not required for applicants under 18 years old.(must be translated into Turkish by a sworn translator)
· Family registration document.(must be translated into Turkish by a sworn translator)
· Official invitation letter from the inviting company/institution (must be on the official letterhead, signed and stamped, and must include the full name of the invitee, passport details, purpose of the invitation etc.)
· Original, stamped and signed bank statement with at least traffic of last one month
(The balance amount must be sufficient enough to cover the travel expenses. Insufficient balance may cause rejection of visa.)
Financial supporting documents :
For government employees: Salary slip.
For private sector employees: Original, stamped, and signed employment certificate (must include the applicant’s full name, passport number, job title, and salary details).
For self-employed individuals: Commercial registration documents and proof of financial status.
· Copies of visa/entry permits, If any.
· Copies of current passport pages.
· If available, proof of property ownership in Turkey.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-CHILDREN UNDER AGE OF 12 AS OF THE APPLICATION DATE, ARE NOT REQUESTED TO ATTEND THE APPOINTMENTS PERSONALLY ANYMORE. IN SUCH CASES, IF BOTH PARENTS ARE NOT APPLYING TOGETHER, A NOTARIZED CONSENT FROM THE ABSENT PARENT SHOULD BE BROUGHT AND SHOULD INCLUDE TRAVEL, VISA

- Applicants holding a foreign passport must either obtain a residence permit from the local authorities prior to applying or provide official documents proving their Syrian nationality.
- Sworn translations are accepted only in the Turkish language. Documents issued in other languages must be translated into Turkish by a sworn translator.
- The Diplomatic Mission has the right to request additional information and/or documents.

· Hotel reservation and flight ticket
· Criminal record document (not required if under 18 years old).(must be translated into Turkish by a sworn translator)
· · Original, stamped and signed bank statement with at least traffic of last one month
(The balance amount must be sufficient enough to cover the travel expenses. Insufficient balance may cause rejection of visa.) and statement from the employer or company that the applicant works for (it must include applicant’s name and surname, passport number, role and salary) to get financial support during study in Turkey
· Income Statement / 1 Sponsorship Letter for the university,
· School acceptance letter (with YÖK ID: XX-XXX-XX) and original diploma
· If there are first-degree relatives resident in Turkey (mother, father, brother, sister etc.), proof of relativity with Turkish translation and their purpose of visit or residence.
Below are supplying documents that may improve the condition of your visa application:
· If the applicant has been abroad before, copies of the relevant pages from old and new passport
· Ownership of property in Turkey, if any
· Invitation from Turkey, if any (in case of invitation, visa application must include documents stating invitors residence-lease contract, title deed or adress statement, invitors financial documents-bank statement, work statement etc.)
Important Notes:
-
Syrian students who have a previous registration, whether active or inactive, can apply for a Student Visa (Öğrenci Vizesi) from Syria.
-
Syrians who were under temporary protection status and have renounced this legal status and returned to their country can reapply, provided they have a final acceptance letter from a university for new registration.
-
If the applicant does not meet at least one of the two conditions mentioned above, they can only apply through the Beirut office.

· A document issued by the International Health Services Company (USHAŞ) or the Service Exporters’ Association (HİB) (Medical treatment visa applications are only accepted for holders of this document).

• Family registration document.(must be translated into Turkish by a sworn translator)
• A medical report issued by local health institutions.(must be translated into Turkish by a sworn translator)
• The USHAŞ or HİB document must include passport information of any companions traveling with the patient.
• For companions under 18 years old, if one of the parents is not traveling, a notarized parental consent must be provided by the non-traveling parent.
• Original, stamped and signed bank statement with at least traffic of last one month

· Driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle used
· Transportation company registration certificate or transportation eligibility carnet
· Copy of the driver’s contract with the transportation company
· Criminal record certificate,(must be translated into Turkish by a sworn translator)
