Visa Applications (Meeting, Seminar, Conference)
· Passport, at least valid for six months after the intended date of departure, at least two blank pages available
· 1 biometric photos with white background, 6 months old at most (40 mm x 55 mm)
· Visa Application Form with signature (available at Downloadable Forms)
· Flight ticket reservation.
· Hotel reservation.
· Criminal record certificate is not required for applicants under 18 years old.
· Family registration document.
· Official invitation letter from the inviting company/institution
· Copies of current passport pages.
· If available, proof of property ownership in Turkey.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-CHILDREN UNDER AGE OF 12 AS OF THE APPLICATION DATE, ARE NOT REQUESTED TO ATTEND THE APPOINTMENTS PERSONALLY ANYMORE. IN SUCH CASES, IF BOTH PARENTS ARE NOT APPLYING TOGETHER, A NOTARIZED CONSENT FROM THE ABSENT PARENT SHOULD BE BROUGHT AND SHOULD INCLUDE TRAVEL, VISA APPLICATION, RESIDENCE APPLICATION AND IMMIGRATION APPLICATION RIGHTS.
-You will be requested to bring bought/confirmed flight and hotel reservations upon visa approval.
-The Diplomatic Mission has the right to request additional information and/or documents.
Business Application
Business Meeting Application
· A passport valid for at least six months, with at least two blank pages.
· One biometric photo (40 mm × 55 mm) with a white background, taken within the last six months.
· A completed and signed visa application form. (available at Downloadable Forms)
· Flight ticket reservation.
· Hotel reservation.
· Criminal record certificate is not required for applicants under 18 years old.
· Family registration document.
· Official invitation letter from the inviting company (must be on the company’s official letterhead, signed and stamped, and include the full name of the invitee, passport details, purpose of the invitation, and nature of the business).
· Notarized invitation letter from the inviting company in Turkiye (must include the duration of stay, business details, and confirmation that the inviting company will cover all expenses of the applicant).
Documents of the inviting company:
· Official Gazette and Commercial Registration Certificate.
· Copy of the company’s tax certificate.
· Financial supporting documents (original, stamped, and signed):
· For government employees: Salary slip.
· For private sector employees: Original, stamped, and signed employment certificate (must include the applicant’s full name, passport number, job title, and salary details).
· For self-employed individuals: Commercial registration documents and proof of financial status.
· Copies of previous and current passport pages.
· If available, proof of property ownership in Turkey.

· A document issued by the International Health Services Company (USHAŞ) or the Service Exporters’ Association (HİB) (Medical treatment visa applications are only accepted for holders of this document).
· A passport valid for at least six months, with at least two blank pages.
· One biometric photo (40 mm × 55 mm) with a white background, taken within the last six months.
· A completed and signed visa application form. (available at Downloadable Forms)

• Criminal record certificate (Judicial Record Document).
• Family registration document.
• A medical report issued by local health institutions.
• The USHAŞ or HİB document must include passport information of any companions traveling with the patient.
• For companions under 18 years old, if one of the parents is not traveling, a notarized parental consent must be provided by the non-traveling parent.
• Financial supporting documents (original, stamped, and signed):
• For government employees: Salary slip.
